I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice despite some mosquitoes and repair noises. The view from the balcony of Montaza Palace and the sea was amazing. However, there were some issues with communication and renovations in the surroundings.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, set in the beautiful Montazah park with a stunning sea view. The rooms are clean, quiet, and well-stocked with an abundance of toiletries. The service here is outstanding, staffed by incredibly friendly and helpful individuals. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations and did not meet the hotel's standard for a five-star establishment. However, the play area needs improvement in safety and maintenance.
